If you’ve found your way to our website, you’re likely seeking solutions to end unwanted pornography viewing. In a world where the consumption of pornography is often dismissed or overlooked, our platform stands as a beacon for those seeking change for moral, religious, or practical reasons. Whether it’s a personal journey or you’re concerned for someone close, you’ve arrived at a space dedicated to empowering you to “stop watching porn” once and for all. Our mission is to provide the final solution you’ll ever need to reclaim your freedom from pornography.

Reflecting on my teenage years, the term “plague of pornography” was a frequent topic within church discussions, instilling a deep fear of its impact. The comparison of quitting pornography to overcoming heroin addiction painted a dire picture in my mind, one filled with challenges and despair. This fear was further compounded by a conversation I had over two decades ago, as a young mother, with a religious leader. Seeking guidance to help a loved one battling a long-term pornography “addiction,” I was met with a bleak outlook: “They never stop once they start.” This interaction left me feeling hopeless and resigned to inaction, despite the use of private counseling and group therapy.

Fast forward to 2023, and how my perspective has transformed! The once pervasive belief in the inevitable grip of pornography addiction and its comparison to heroin withdrawal has been debunked. There is a wealth of hope and assistance available to break the cycle of pornography viewing. The past was riddled with misinformation and misdiagnosis, but today, we understand that not everyone who views pornography is addicted, nor is the habit as unbreakable as once thought.

My journey from despair to empowerment began with a personal revelation. When faced with my youngest son’s anxiety over being forgotten at the school pick-up line, a simple yet effective life coaching technique miraculously alleviated his worries. This breakthrough led me to a reputable life coaching program, eager to explore how cognitive tools could address a range of challenges, including the urge to “stop watching porn.” Through developing a specialized program, I’ve witnessed countless individuals overcome decades-long habits, replacing secrecy and shame with growth and enlightenment.

The missing piece for many, however, was an understanding of healthy sexuality and human biology. Dr. Jake Poulter, my husband and a double board-certified anesthesiologist and pain management physician, joined me in this endeavor. His expertise in human physiology and medical research has been instrumental in debunking myths and clarifying what’s “normal,” propelling our clients further on their path to freedom.

As demand for our individual coaching grew, we expanded our team and introduced the Freedom from Pornography Program—a comprehensive 16-week course designed to equip you with the knowledge, tools, and skills necessary for success, all at an accessible cost. Our approach integrates an understanding of both biology and psychology, offering a powerful foundation to “stop watching porn” for good. Our team of trained professionals becomes your support system, guiding you towards reclaiming your freedom.

At Freedom from Pornography, we’re not just offering a program; we’re offering a new beginning. With our expert team and evidence-based approach, the power to change is in your hands. Let us help you on your journey to freedom.
